Chess out of 2014 ASIAN GAMES!!

Chess will not become a part of the 2014 Incheon Games in South Korea.It was decided that the number of sports be trimmed to 35 by contesting the 28 Olympic sports and an additional 7 non-Olympic sports. The Korean organizers proposed the seven non-olympic sports as  baseball,tenpin-bowling,kabbadi,sepak takraw,softball,squash and wushu for inclusions. The IOC bats for the inclusions of cricket and karate . South Korean participated in the chess events at Guangzhou fielding 3 players whose age are 12 years old and below in the womens division.
