Caloocan City S K Council Chess Festival : Kenneth sweeps Tourney
Kenneth Baltazar, 13 years old scores five out of five to rule the Caloocan City SK Council Chess Festival held in Block 39 Covered Court,Barangay 12,Caloocan City. Three players,John Bersales,Val Bandola and Del Gallego score 4 points to share 2nd -4th place.Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson Crisia Bejer and Kagawad Brandon Alencio,Angelo Victoria,Eumy Suan awarded the cash prizes,chess sets and trophies to the winners.
