Colegio de San Juan de Letran  Kenneth Baltazar makes it two in a row in the Collegiate division of the NCAA Chess as  Kenneth won the individual gold medal in Board 1 of the 2015 NCAA  91 st  Season . It was Kenneth 5th straight individual gold medal in the NCAA  dating back to 87th Season .

Kenneth finally makes it to the FIDE Rating list in July 2015 Kenneths 2179 FIDE rating ranks 79th  among Filipino players in the FIDE Rating List .
