Summer Rapid Chess Tournament : Alphaland in Makati City ; Tonsuya in Malabon City

Alex Dinoy (0922-8288510) is organizing the year's first Alphaland Summer Youth Rapid Chess Tournament which will be held Sunday, April 3,2011 at the 3/F Food Court, Alphaland Southgate Mall.Chino Roces Avenue Ext. Makati CityThe tournament format is a six-Round Swiss System for both the High School and the Elementary Division.  Also on April 3,2011 is the Malabon Summer Active Chess Tournament for Non-Masters ; organized by the Tonsuya Malabon Chess Club.  The tournament will be held in Tonsuya Covered Court,Malabon City. A cash prize of P 3,000.00 + trophy await the winner.The second and third placer will receive P2,000.00 and P1,000.00 + trophy respectively. Consolation prizes for the top senior,top unrated, top kiddie ; top female and top local player shall also be given prizes. Club officer Buboy Vargas (0918-6555973) organized the events.
