For Elementary and High School
Date & Time: August 19, 2012, Sunday. 10am to 7pm.
Place: 3rd Floor Food Court Alphaland Southgate Tower, 2258 Chino Roces Ave. corner EDSA Makati City.
Eligibility: Untitled currently enrolled grade school and high school students. 13 years old and below for grade school and 17 years old and below for high school on the day of the tournament.
Requirements: Photo copied Birth Certificate and current school year I.D. must be presented before the tournament.
Registration fee: On or before August 17 = P200. On site = P250 (See pre-registration steps below)
Format: 6 or 7 rounds Swiss Tournament. Two separate tournaments for Grade School and High School students. 25 minutes/player if 6 rounds ; 20 minutes/player if 7 rounds.

PRE-REGISTRATION (on or before August 18):
Step 1. Text student’s FULL NAME, Age, Birthdate, Grade or Year Level, School to Cel# 0923 405 5407. Please text your name as well. Ex: IKE Q. YU, Age:11 , January 1, 2001, Grade 5, ABC Academy. This is Mr. John Yu.
Step 2. Wait for IQSPORTS’ reply. It will text back in this format: Thank you. IKE Q. YU is now pre-registered. Please deposit P200 at BDO on or before Aug. 17. Savings Acct. ROLAND JOSEPH PEREZ, # 686 003 8097 to be officially registered.
Step 3. Follow the given texted instructions afterwards.
ONSITE REGISTRATION (August 19)
Step 1. Be at the site between 8:30 – 10:00am. Tournament will start between 10:00-10:30am.
Step 2. Bring student’s school I.D., photocopied bc.
Step 3. If pre-registered, confirm your participation with the registration / pairing officials. You will be given priority over those who aren’t if you come on or before 9:00am.We have a “No Confirmation, No Pairing” Policy. Afterwards, its FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.
Step 4. If not pre-registered or pre-registered but unpaid, please fill up the registration form given by the registration / pairing officials and pay the P250 fee. Get ready for the pairing and start of the tourney.
