2011 EUROPEAN INDIVIDUAL CHAMPIONSHIP (Mixed) Round 8 : Potkin ; 5 other shares lead

The 2011 European Individual Championship (Mixed) is being held in Aix-Les-Bains, France from March 21 to April 3,2011.
A total of 113,000 Euro are at stakes at the tournament with the champion getting 20,000 Euro.The top 23 finishers qualify for the World Cup. The tournament is an 11 Round Swiss System with a time control of 90 minutes to make 40 moves + 30 minutes to finished the game with an increments of 30 seconds  per move.    And after the end of round 8 , six players are sharing the lead with 6.5 points.Round 7 solo leader Vladimir Potkin is now joined in the leader board by five other players with 6.5 points.
