Brownout hits final round of 2013 National Open Qualifier, Chief Arbiter urges player to draw the game!!

Massive brownout hits Metro Manila 1:51 pm just when the final round of the 2013 National Open qualifier started, only the top 30 in the 122 players field will advance to the semi final against titled players. To the surprise of the participants fighting it out for the top 30 slots , the Chief Arbiter urged the players to just draw their final round games, which majority of the players ignores and just continue playing." Are you serious?" ask one of the participants to the Chief Arbiter. It took more than two hours before power was restored ; The final standings was dominated by the Malabon players with Pio Kit Ibanez and Bryan Barcelon of Barangay Longos finishing 1st and 7th respectively. Two other Malabon  players advance to the semi-final, Daryl Samantila of Barangay Tonsuya (4th place) and Melwyn Kenneth Baltazar of Barangay Hulong Duhat(20th place)
