New title for Michael Kevin Baltazar : Congratulations !!

Michael Kevin Baltazar , Philippine College of Criminology top chess player will graduate this afternoon at the PICC, Manila with a new title and degree in Bachelor of Science in Criminology.
Kevin Baltazar is the individual gold medalist in the 2011-12 PISCUAA Meet and a former Manila Youth Games Champion and Manila Division and District Meet champion.
